USE Electronics Hosts Year-End Banquet and Employee Trip, Celebrates 2022 Achievements
USE Electronics Co., Ltd. held its year-end banquet and employee trip from January 7 to January 8, 2023, expressing appreciation for the dedication and hard work of all employees, while also inviting valued clients and guests to join the celebration.
The annual outstanding employee awards ceremony and lucky draw took place on January 7 at The Lin Hotel in Taichung. Employees from the Taiwan headquarters gathered in person, while colleagues from overseas subsidiaries participated simultaneously online. During the event, Junko Kato, CEO and President of USE Electronics Co., Ltd., delivered remarks via video, extending her gratitude to attending guests and recognizing the finance team for their dedication and overtime efforts in supporting the group's year-end financial closing.
She also expressed her sincere appreciation to all employees for their hard work throughout the year. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the team worked together to address issues as they arose, achieving strong results by the end of 2022. The group recorded total revenue of NT$2.48 billion, with Taiwan operations contributing over NT$1.7 billion, reflecting the collective efforts of all employees.
The 2022 Outstanding Employee Awards were presented by Vice Presidents Barry Lai and Joe Chou, along with Director of the Finance Department Ivy Huang, on behalf of the company. Awards included the President's Award, Vice President's Award, and Outstanding Employee Award. In addition, a special President's Prize was awarded, offering recipients a four-day, three-night overseas visit to a company subsidiary (including airfare and accommodation), providing top-performing employees with an opportunity to gain international experience and exchange insights.
