To express appreciation for the dedication and hard work of all employees throughout 2023, USE Electronics Co., Ltd. held its annual 2023 Year-End Celebration and Appreciation Trip from January 27 to 28, 2024, inviting employees and valued business partners to join this important annual gathering.

The Year-End Celebration banquet was held on January 27 at the Le Méridien Taichung Hotel. During her address, CEO and President Junko Kato highlighted Taiwan's strong performance in the IMD World Digital Competitiveness Ranking 2023, where Taiwan ranked 9th globally. She encouraged employees to remain confident and help showcase Taiwan's capabilities on the world stage.  

CEO and President Junko Kato also noted that preliminary results showed a 16.9% revenue decline for USE Taiwan in 2023, and emphasized that the company's goal for 2024 is to return to positive growth. She encouraged everyone to work together toward this objective. Since assuming the role of CEO and President, one of her key missions has been to create a more convenient and comfortable working environment. To support this goal, she has promoted digital transformation and expanded departments such as Human Resources and Public Relations to strengthen internal operations, stimulate organizational vitality, and foster mutual growth. She further expressed her hopes that in 2024, every colleague will find confidence and joy in their work, growing alongside the company.  

Vice Presidents Barry Lai and Joe Chou also delivered remarks, expressing appreciation for the dedication shown by employees and business partners. They encouraged everyone to transform their hard work from last year into this year's performance results, to focus on building a solid foundation in 2024, and to look forward to celebrating USE's 50th anniversary together in 2025.
