Featured Breweries

Yaoshin Shuzo / Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan
Adhering to its philosophy of junmai, unfiltered, and undiluted, the brewery avoids activated carbon filtration and the addition of brewing alcohol, preserving the pure, original aroma of rice nurtured along the Nishiki River.

Iinuma Honke / Chiba Prefecture, Japan
Under the leadership of the 16th-generation brewer Kazuyoshi Iinuma, the brewery has reimagined conventional sake-making. Its flagship brand Kinoene is renowned for its fruity aroma and refreshing acidity. Using a proprietary flat-polishing method to remove impurities, its sake pairs beautifully with a wide range of cuisine.

Tonoikeshuzouten / Tochigi Prefecture, Japan
Its signature labels "Sanran" and "Nozomi (Bo:)" are especially acclaimed—achieving 10 consecutive Gold Awards at Japan's National New Sake Appraisal and ranking 5th in the 2025 World Sake Brewery Rankings.
