Sake Union Taipei concluded successfully on March 29, bringing together sake enthusiasts for a vibrant celebration of Japanese sake culture. USE Electronics Co., Ltd. sincerely extends its gratitude to the representatives of Yaoshin Shuzo (Yamaguchi Prefecture), Iinuma Honke (Chiba Prefecture), and Tonoikeshuzouten (Tochigi Prefecture), who traveled to Taiwan to engage directly with attendees and share the craftsmanship, philosophy, and heritage behind Japanese sake.

Throughout the exhibition, brewery representatives shared their brewing philosophies and production techniques, covering every stage from rice selection and bottling to low-temperature aging.
