USE Electronics Co., Ltd. attended the opening and drawing ceremony of the Synmosa Cup Woman Ace Player Tournament on August 2 at the Haifeng Go Academy. Our CEO and President, Junko Kato—who also serves as Chairperson of the Chinese Professional Go Association—joined the event to encourage the participating players. In her remarks, she expressed her delight that the tournament has successfully reached its tenth edition. She extended her appreciation to Synmosa Group for its title sponsorship and strong support, and to Haifeng Go Academy for hosting the event. She also gave special thanks to Japan-based professional player Hsieh Yi-Min for joining this year's competition and exchanging skills with Taiwan's top female Go players.  

Hsieh Yi-Min, a seventh-dan professional who has earned 27 championship titles in Japan, is competing in this tournament for the first time, facing Taiwan's strongest female players. This year's lineup includes outstanding competitors such as defending champion Lin Yi-Ting (3 dan), eighth-edition champion Yang Tzu-Hsuan (5 dan), seventh-edition champion Lu Yu-Hua (4 dan), and fourth- and sixth-edition champion Yu Li-Chun (4 dan). The tournament promises exciting matches, and we invite Go fans to continue following the event and cheering for all the players.
