Hamada Syuzou

A pioneer in bringing new excitement to the world of shochu, DAIYAME is crafted using Hamada Syuzou's proprietary sweet potato aging technology, producing an elegant aroma reminiscent of fresh lychee. This distinctive expression challenges traditional perceptions of sweet potato shochu and has received recognition at numerous international spirits competitions, making it one of the most acclaimed shochu brands in recent years.

The CHILL GREEN series is inspired by the concepts of "Chill Out" and "Green." Combining barley shochu with botanicals such as Makauy (Mountain Pepper) and Galaxy hops, it offers Asian consumers an innovative herbal barley shochu experience unlike any other.

Komasa Jyozo

Balancing tradition and innovation, Komasa Jyozo showcases the diverse appeal of shochu through its unique product lineup. Featured at the event are Komasa the Banana and Komasa the Muscat, two sweet potato shochu expressions inspired by tropical summer flavors.

Komasa the Banana is made from Kogane Sengan sweet potatoes and wine yeast derived from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. It offers a gentle banana-like aroma and a refreshing flavor balanced by subtle sweetness and acidity. Mixed with sparkling water, its fruity banana notes become even more vibrant.

Komasa the Muscat is crafted using black koji and aged sweet potatoes, delivering fresh and elegant aromas reminiscent of Muscat grapes.

Satsuma Shuzo

Renowned for its dedication to traditional craftsmanship, Satsuma Shuzo presents shochu expressions with refined character and flavor.

Its signature barley shochu, Kannoko, is made from premium two-row barley and carefully aged to develop its naturally delicate amber color, gentle oak aroma, and smooth, mellow taste.

Ayahibiki utilizes sake yeast and a winter-exclusive low-temperature fermentation process to create a refreshingly new drinking experience, complemented by crisp aromas reminiscent of green apple.
