MOSFETs

  • MOSFET: Primarily used to convert irregular voltage and frequency currents generated by power sources into currents with specific electrical parameters through a series of modulation and conversion processes. It serves as one of the core components in electronic power conversion systems.
  • Automotive MOSFET: Advanced power device designed for electric vehicles (EVs) and fast-charging infrastructure for electric transportation.

 


 

Diodes

  • General Rectifying Diode: A rectifier is part of a power supply system, converting AC (alternating current) into DC (direct current).
  • Fast Recovery Diode: Features an extremely short reverse recovery time, typically used in high-frequency switching circuits in combination with controllable switches.
  • Bridge Diode: Composed of four or more rectifier diodes arranged in a bridge configuration, also known as a bridge rectifier, designed to convert AC current into DC current. 
  • Schottky Barrier Diode: Commonly used for rectification at the power supply output stage, with characteristics that vary significantly depending on the metal material used.
